Keep Calm and Carry On was a motivational poster produced by the British government during the 1930's. It was rediscovered in 2000 and has been re-issued by a number of companies, and used as the decorative theme for a range of other products. It's the best advice I've heard in a long time.
What is the best advice you've gotten lately?

"Man up or shut up". Seems silly, but it really helped when I was in a rut.
Probably not the right thing to say to everyone, though. :)
