You would never know it isn't fleet week lately. Celebs are loving the navy/militant style. I must admit I think some of you ladies could defiantly pull it off. Victoria Bechkam just happens to be sporting the Valentino "Glamorous" tote retails for a whopping $2,750. Yikes. While Kim Kardashian does it up Old Navy style.
