(picture isn't great sorry)As we know ANY reason to play dress up is good enough reason for me to attend. A few weeks back I got invited to attend Rock the Fashion in Miami Beach. It's a great event with a runway show of the newest Miami Beach fashion & designers. Of course this is a PERFECT reason to buy a new dress.
So last week while browsing thru the mall I discovered this fun & flirty little dress from Express. I love the color, the ruffle and the belt.
